All members are invited to attend the next Annual General Meeting of the Australian Mauritian Association which will be held at the Blacktown Bowling Club, Lismore Street, Blacktown on SUNDAY 18th March 2012 starting at 3pm.

4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of 3 (three)  Committee Members to replace the retiring members, namely: 

Agnelle Edouard, Jacques Ferre, and  Ron Caruana
Note: Jacques Ferre and Ron Caruana are re-eligible and are candidates.

Agnelle Edouard will NOT be a candidate.

6. Declaration of election of new Committee
7. Any other business
    

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Members wishing to offer themselves  as a candidate for election to the Committee must have been a financial member of the Association for at least 2 (two) years and must forward a written application addressed to:

Secretary, 8 Nymagee Street, Glenwood, NSW 2768

The closing date for the receipt of such application shall be 7 days prior to the date set down for the General Meeting at which the election will take place. 

• Only financial members are eligible to vote.
• Financial members unable to attend the AGM may use the attached proxy form to vote.
• Completed proxy forms must reach the Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.  

Members are invited to join the Committee for a drink at the conclusion of the meeting.
